Upon your first enquiry you will be assigned a Senior Account Manager, who from that point on will become your first point of contact, it is their personal responsibility to ensure the smooth running of every aspect of your account.
The key objectives for our Senior Account Managers are: team work, excellent product knowledge, commercial awareness and an enthusiasm for the technology.
Your Account Manager will in time become a trusted adviser for all aspects of your IT procurement. NTS Account Managers can call on vast internal resources to assist with pre sales consultations whenever it is required.
At NTS there is no room for an antiquated upstairs downstairs attitude, we are 1 united team working in synergy to ensure that our customers get the right solution for their needs.
NTS believe that outstanding account management is achieved by listening to customer needs understanding their business and independently advising on different vendor solutions.
As part of our commitment to our customers and our staff NTS Ltd has created the NTS training academy. All members of staff are following a development path consisting of various vendor certificates.
