"NTS has really stood out in terms of professionalism, customer service and most importantly competitive pricing."

NTS is a key partner to its customers, when we manage solution delivery we do so using PRINCE2 methods of best practice.
An overview of the 8 processes within PRINCE2, and how they are used throughout the lifecycle of the project
- Starting Up A Project – developing the definition of the project from the project mandate; creating an outline business case; identifying the quality expectations of the customer.
- Initiating A Project – identifying all the products that the project will produce, planning the project in detail and setting up controls and administration
- Directing A Project – authorisation of all project and stage plans and decisions on handling issues and exceptions
- Controlling A Stage – activities for day to day management of the project
- Managing Product Delivery – product creation, quality reviews of products and reporting to the Project Manager on progress
- Managing Stage Boundaries – creation of all stage and exception plans
- Closing A Project – controlled closure of a project so that all deliverables attain formal customer sign off, and all outstanding issues are captured for future reference
- Planning – product based planning
If it is specifically a Cisco systems technology solution we work directly with Cisco to deliver solutions to the Cisco Life Cycle services model. At NTS our account managers and technical staff have been certified by Cisco systems in effective project delivery using this model.
